To see that the Corporation’s policies, guidelines, and activities are such that they help develop, promote, sustain, and increase the pipeline of emerging leaders who are individuals of African Descent within the Greater Rochester Area. To ensure that the Corporation’s policies and procedures are such that they provide leadership development in the economic disadvantaged community.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The committee will be responsible for increasing the participation of minorities in leadership positions by partnering with other organizations and providing leadership training. Establish leadership programs which identify and trains individuals in the community to participate in civic and leadership roles on Boards and in the community.
We plan to host this year’s Recognition Program / Virtual Event on Thursday, September 9, 2021. The program will be prerecorded starting at 7pm September 9th.
