In his most recent assignment, Mr. Fullwood was Executive Chief and Marketing Officer for Xerox North America. From September of 1992 until February of 2018, Mr. Norman has been President and CEO of Action for a Better Community (ABC). For the five years immediately preceding his relocation to Rochester, he served as the Michigan Department of Labor’s Deputy Director for Administration.
