Education:  Graduate of Central High School, Mobile, Alabama, Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration Degrees from Alabama A&M University, Normal, Alabama. Additional studies in Industrial Relations, Cornell University, Ithaca, New York and Administration, SUNY Buffalo, Buffalo, New York.

Dr. Kevin Williams is currently Director, Technical Solutions and VP of Advanced Materials and 3D Printing Division at the Eastman Kodak Company.  Dr. Williams’ time (26 years) at Kodak spans a successful career as a Principal Investigator in the Kodak Research laboratories, Group Leader of the Research Materials Scale-up group and Department Head of the Materials Characterization Center in the Analytical Sciences Division. 

Experienced Director of Acquisitions with a demonstrated history of working in the real estate industry. Skilled in Real Estate Acquisitions, Financing, and Deal Structuring, Financial Analysis and Valuation, and Real Estate Development. Strong business development professional with a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) focused in Real Estate and Corporate Finance from Cornell University - Johnson Graduate School of Management and The School of Hotel Administration.

Dr. Turner serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at the University of Rochester Medical Center in Rochester, New York. Dr. Turner is a breast and gynecologic pathologist, and provides private urgent care medical consultation services in his spare time. Dr. Turner has interests in and has authored or co-authored several publications in the area of precision medicine and breast cancer diagnosis. Dr. Turner serves on the University Faculty Senate, the University Medical Faculty Council, and the Medical school Admission and Interview Committees.

As CFO and vice president of administrative services, at Monroe Community College, Hezekiah (Heze) Simmons is a seasoned financial executive with 30+ years of experience in multiple industries - higher education, technology training, manufacturing and outsourcing.  His career reflects ever increasing growth and management responsibilities that demonstrate performance effectiveness. 

Dr. Augustine is President & CEO of Biodrill Technical Solutions. The Company produces renewable energy products for the education and research markets. Dr. Augustine previously served over 30 years as President and CEO of Eltrex Industries, a manufacturing, fulfillment, and document processing company.  Before joining Eltrex, he worked for Adage in Boston, Massachusetts as Director of Management Information Systems and Materials Manager.  Prior to that, he worked for the Polaroid Corporation as a Production Manager.  He is a Professor Emeritus at the Rochester Institute of Technology where he served as the Distinguished Minett Professor and taught courses in Entrepreneurship and Starting New Ventures; he also taught Finance in the Executive Leadership Doctoral Program at St. John Fisher College.  He served in the United States Marine Corps, including a year in Vietnam for which he was awarded the Joint Services Commendation Medal (Military Intelligence with Final Top-Secret Clearance).

David Cowens is a Senior Materials Engineer at Delphi Powertrain System. He received his BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor, MI. Later he obtained a Master of Science in Manufacturing Management from Kettering University (formerly known as GMI General Motors Engineering and Management Institute).

Dr. Shaun Nelms is the superintendent of East Upper and Lower Schools, formerly East High School in Rochester, N.Y., a new position created through a unique partnership between the New York State Education Department, Rochester City School District, and University of Rochester. As the Educational Partnership Organization (EPO) superintendent for East, Dr. Nelms has been charged with creating a school reform model that can be replicated in urban settings throughout the United States.

Lomax has 16 years of combined experience in small business and entrepreneurship, higher education, and government. His expertise encompasses general management, cultural competence, entrepreneurship, economic and workforce development. He is a detail-oriented collaborator who enjoys complex business problems, deriving insights from diverse data sources to achieve mission-critical goals. He is a lifelong learner who also enjoys educating others and has worked as a corporate trainer and adjunct faculty member for several institutions.

Carol Adams has more than 40 years as an experienced educator. Her experiences include teaching elementary education, evaluating New York City Public School District's Title I programs, and teaching in the CUNY-York College's Teacher Preparation Department in New York City. For over 34 years, she served Monroe Community College as a professor, a department chair, and as a dean.

Clay Osborne, founder and President of True Insights Consulting LLC, is an executive coach and organization effectiveness consultant that helps organizations to leverage the talents of its people to achieve break through performance, achieve business goals and transformational employee engagement.

DALE K. TROTT is founder and president of DG&M Agency, Inc, an independent insurance firm with offices in Rochester, New York and Charlotte, North Carolina.  DG&M Agency, which began operating in April 1996, provides personal and commercial solutions for virtually all your insurance needs, including auto, home, life, business, bonding, disability, and employee benefits. The Agency now serves more than 5,000 individuals and businesses in New York, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Vermont, Maryland, Massachusetts, and Wisconsin.

Emerson U. Fullwood is the retired Corporate Vice President of Xerox Corporation, a leading technology and global services company. He joined Xerox in 1972, where he spent 36 years as a corporate executive. Mr. Fullwood directed Xerox’s large global office products and systems business. He served as President of Xerox Worldwide Channels Group, President of Latin America, President of Worldwide Customer Services Group, and Executive Chief Staff Officer of Developing Markets Group. In his most recent assignment, Mr. Fullwood was Executive Chief and Marketing Officer for Xerox North America. He held several executive and general management leadership positions within Xerox through his career.

From September of 1992 until February of 2018, Mr. Norman has been President and CEO of Action for a Better Community (ABC). For the five years immediately preceding his relocation to Rochester, he served as the Michigan Department of Labor’s Deputy Director for Administration.  Prior to that role, he directed the Labor department’s Bureau of Community Services, which provided funding to, and oversight of Michigan’s statewide network of community action (i.e., anti-poverty) agencies.

Dr. Tshibangu is a Board Certified Physician with over 35 years of practice specializing in the field of OBGYN.  He began his career in healthcare as an Obstetrician Gynecologist in the Rochester, New York area and currently has full admitting privileges at Highland Hospital and Strong Memorial Hospital.  He achieved his Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Amherst College, his Medical Degree from University of Rochester, and completed his residency at Affiliated Hospitals of the University of Rochester.
