Each year we identify and recognize, as a role model, an individual who has significantly contributed for a sustained number of years to one or more of our four key areas of charitable activities, Healthy Living Awareness, Economic Development, Leadership Development, and Advancement of Education. We present them a Lifetime Achievement Award. Last year, the Lifetime Achievement Award was presented to T. Andrew Brown, Founder and Managing Partner at Brown Hutchinson LLP for more than 25 years. We also award several scholarships, give recognition to financial contributors to our Foundation, and present a Youth Triumph Award to a young person (under 22 years old) who has excelled in one or more of the following areas: Education, Community Service, Sports, and Arts & Culture. The 2020 Youth Triumph Award was presented to Jayda Singleton, an outstanding scholar athlete and accomplished community leader attending Kent State. The awards are formally announced at our Annual Recognition Program.
Each year we give patrons that can not attend the event the opportunity to sponsor upcoming youth and families to attend the event; to see their peers and friends get rewarded for the hard work demonstrated academically, in the community and through the arts. If you would like to be a sponsor for the Seventh Annual Recognition program you may do so through our online portal or download the sponsorship form Sponsorship Ad Information - click here
