Leadership Development

Our leadership development is such that it facilitates execution of a company’s strategy through building alignment, winning mindshare and growing the capabilities of others focusing on increasing the pipeline of emerging leaders who are individuals of African Descent..

PURPOSE:

To see that the Corporation’s policies, guidelines, and activities are such that they help develop, promote, sustain, and increase the pipeline of emerging leaders who are individuals of African Descent within the Greater Rochester Area. To ensure that the Corporation’s policies and procedures are such that they provide leadership development in the economic disadvantaged community.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The committee will be responsible for increasing the participation of minorities in leadership positions by partnering with other organizations and providing leadership training.  Establish leadership programs which identify and trains individuals in the community to participate in civic and leadership roles on Boards and in the community.
